Willow

About this home

Now available: the Willow model home by the builder, set on a corner lot in Fate’s Edgewater community. This south-facing two-story home has model home finish-out and designer selections throughout, plus professionally installed model home landscaping. It’s move-in ready and finished the way it was meant to be shown. The 2,597 square foot plan opens with a covered porch and welcoming foyer. A private study near the entry works well as a home office. At the heart of the home, the family room features a fireplace and soaring ceilings open to the second floor. It flows into the dining area and kitchen, which offers a large center island, a walk-in pantry, and plenty of workspace. A laundry room connects directly to the 2-car garage for easy everyday living.

The primary suite sits privately on the main floor. Its spa-style bath includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a generous walk-in closet. A powder room completes the first level.

Upstairs, an 11' x 21' loft overlooks the family room below, a great spot for a game room, media space, or play area. Three additional bedrooms, two with walk-in closets, share a full bath with dual sinks. With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, designer finishes, and a premium corner homesite, this former model is a rare opportunity in Edgewater.
